Exhibition Background
In 2018, the No. 1 Central Document was released, comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy. It emphasized the need to “implement leisure agriculture and rural tourism boutique projects” and to develop various leisure and sightseeing parks, forest homes, health care centers, and rural homestays equipped with complete facilities and diverse functions.
Zhejiang Province, one of China’s most economically developed regions, has attracted significant private investment in the rural homestay industry. Private capital has become the primary driving force behind the rapid growth of this sector in Zhejiang. This major event offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen the homestay industry’s image, showcase its strengths, build brands, explore markets, and access vital information.
Exhibition Introduction
Following national industrial policies and embracing green development trends, this exhibition focuses on emerging industries such as homestay culture. The theme, “Seeking Capital for Beauty, Creating Wealth with Wisdom; Making Cities More Desirable with Rural Areas,” reflects the event’s commitment to market-oriented, professional exhibitions.
By mobilizing and integrating multiple resources, the expo facilitates cross-departmental, cross-regional, and cross-industry communication and collaboration. Strategically based in Zhejiang and supported by the Yangtze River Delta region, the exhibition serves the entire country, contributing to a greener and more beautiful China.
This event integrates resource display, investment negotiation, industry exchange, and information release to promote the development and standardization of the homestay industry, guiding its healthy growth.
