About the Event:
The Xiamen International Building Industrialization and Prefabricated Building Exhibition, known as CIGBE, is the only international trade fair in Fujian Province dedicated to comprehensive green building solutions. This exhibition promotes green building concepts, technologies, and best practices, encouraging the application of new technologies, products, materials, and processes in green building materials.

The event aligns with the trends of green, ecological, healthy, and comfortable building materials and supports the policies outlined in the 19th National Congress report on accelerating ecological civilization reform and building a beautiful China.

With a focus on internationalization, specialization, branding, and scale, CIGBE serves nearly a thousand domestic and international enterprises in building energy conservation and new building materials. It primarily targets the Fujian region but also reaches over 20 provinces and regions, including Zhejiang, Taiwan, Jiangxi, Hainan, and Guangdong.

This exhibition is an ideal platform for companies to expand their markets, develop distributors and agents, and engage in face-to-face negotiations with key stakeholders such as decoration companies, engineering firms, and real estate developers.

2019 Theme: “Adhering to Green Development and Building a Green Home” with a focus on “Low Carbon, Environmental Protection, and Green”.

The exhibition features three major halls, covering nearly 30,000 square meters, hosting around 500 exhibitors. Attendance is expected to exceed 30,000 visitors.

With a particular emphasis on prefabricated construction, the event attracts tens of thousands of trade professionals including dealers, engineering purchasers, designers, and construction companies. • Prefabricated Building – Steel Structure: Heavy and lightweight steel structures, grid membrane structures, steel construction and welding technologies, fireproofing, corrosion prevention, waterproofing materials, construction steel types, and related design products.
• Building Energy-saving Insulation Systems: Wall insulation, interior and exterior wall decoration insulation, roof waterproofing and insulation systems, insulation coatings, insulation mortar, aerated concrete blocks, shading materials, fireproof decoration materials, green roofing products.
• Energy-saving Doors, Windows, and Curtain Wall Systems: New energy-efficient doors and windows including energy-saving glass, wood, aluminum-clad wood, composite, aluminum alloy, plastic, fiberglass doors and windows, glass curtain walls, energy-saving films, and shading control systems.
• Integrated Housing: Prefabricated modular housing, industrialized housing components, bamboo and wood houses, light steel structures, color steel movable houses, modular lifting houses, folding container houses, new insulation sheds, antique buildings, mobile toilets, tents, and sunrooms.
• Prefabricated Building – Wooden Structures: Environmentally friendly wooden buildings, bamboo structures, wood materials, processing equipment, wood protectants, wood-plastic composites, building design consulting, and related products.
• Integrated Home Kitchen and Bathroom: Integrated bathrooms, kitchens, study rooms, storage cabinets, kitchen appliances, sanitary ware, kitchen waste treatment equipment, indoor staircases, and centralized displays of integrated home equipment and supplies.
• Integrated Solar Building Systems: Solar heating, photovoltaic systems, solar wall and roof components, solar water heaters, and renewable energy products.

Booth Pricing at Xiamen International Building Industrialization and Prefabricated Construction Exhibition

Booth Configuration Includes:

• 9 square meters of exhibition space
• Booth height: 2.5 meters
• Fascia board with company name
• One reception desk and two chairs
• One 220V power socket
• Two fluorescent lamps
• Carpet and cleaning services

Raw space is provided without any configuration, requiring exhibitors to build their own booths and pay additional management and electricity fees.

Booth allocation follows the principle: apply first, pay first, allocate first!

Payments made in US dollars can be converted to Chinese yuan at the national foreign exchange trading market rate on the day of transaction.

• Conference Catalogue: 210mm × 135mm (image materials provided by customer; organizing committee handles production)
• Tote Bags: 300mm × 400mm (customer provides images; organizing committee produces)

• Visitor Passes and Invitations: 90mm × 25mm (customer provides materials; organizing committee produces)
• Conference Tickets: 90mm × 210mm (customer provides materials; organizing committee produces)

Promotion Events:
20,000 yuan per session (one hour) for participating companies
30,000 yuan per session for non-participating companies

Exhibition Schedule

• Setup: November 20-21, 2019 (9:00 – 16:30)
• Exhibition Days: November 22-24, 2019 (9:00 – 16:30)
• Teardown: November 24, 2019 (from 16:00)

Exhibition Procedures

1. All exhibits must have a valid business license and legal qualifications for production and operation during the exhibition period.
2. After selecting a booth, exhibitors must complete the “Exhibition Application and Contract Form,” stamp it officially, and send it to the organizing committee by fax or mail. Signed and stamped forms are legally binding contracts; faxed copies are accepted.
3. Booth allocation operates on a first-come, first-served basis according to application and payment. The organizer reserves the right to make final adjustments to booth assignments.
4. The organizing committee will provide an “Exhibition Handbook” 30 days prior, covering schedules, transportation, hotel arrangements, booth construction, and other logistics.
