Chongqing News (Correspondent) Tian Hui, Hu Tianyou reported that on the afternoon of the 22nd, the Chongqing Guizhou project department held a general staff meeting and a mobilization meeting to resume work after the holiday. All cadres, employees, and labor teams of the project attended, with over seventy participants present.
Project Manager Zhang Guicang first conveyed the company’s message and the spirit of the “Four Meetings,” helping all cadres and employees to timely understand the company’s achievements and future development direction over the past year.
He provided an in-depth analysis of the “Four Meetings” report presented by Lu Changde, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the company, outlining the development goals and management philosophy of the company’s new leadership team. This not only set a clear direction for the project’s progress but also greatly boosted staff morale and strengthened team cohesion.
Project Manager Zhang Guicang made comprehensive arrangements and plans for this year’s production tasks. He emphasized that this year’s construction schedule is tight, tasks are heavy, and on-site conditions are challenging. Cadres and workers must unify their thinking in line with the company’s spirit of the “Four Meetings” and project management decisions.
He encouraged the team to summarize past experiences, learn from lessons, identify shortcomings, and build on last year’s achievements. All project units should focus on construction and production, ensuring safety, quality, and visible progress.
Each work area and labor team is urged to prioritize personnel, strengthen allocation and investment in manpower, machinery, materials, methods, and environment, and enhance management standards.
Together, with unified effort and determination, the team aims to decisively win the 2019 construction and production campaign and successfully complete the annual output plan.
Project Secretary Hu Tianyou reviewed the comprehensive work done throughout 2018, analyzed current challenges, and delivered a motivational speech at the post-holiday resumption meeting, setting forth four key requirements:
First, to boost morale across all cadres and employees and foster a mindset of striving for excellence continuously.
Second, to unify thinking, strengthen execution, and strictly adhere to project management rules.
Third, all units should closely focus on construction production and cooperate closely.
Fourth, to fully leverage the roles of the Party, workers, and youth organizations by strengthening corporate culture, talent development, and service assurance, aiming to successfully accomplish the year’s tasks.
During the meeting, the annual construction output value plan and the March construction production plan were issued. Recognition was also given to exemplary organizations and outstanding individuals from 2018.
The company announced the theme activity document for this year’s “New Year of Reform and Innovation,” established the organizational structure for the project department’s theme activities, formulated plans, assigned responsibilities, and ensured effective implementation of the initiative.
Additionally, the project department signed safety and quality responsibility agreements and party conduct and clean governance responsibility agreements with various departments. Democratic evaluations were conducted on the project team and its members to promote transparency and accountability.
