Northern China’s Premier Expo for Architectural Industrialization and Prefabricated Buildings
The 7th China International Construction Engineering Expo — showcasing New Technologies, New Materials, New Processes, and New Equipment — along with the China International Construction Industrialization and Prefabricated Construction Industry Expo (collectively known as the “Construction Four New Expos”) are jointly organized by the China International Exhibition Center Group and the China Construction Industry Association.
Building on the success of previous events, this year’s expo will expand in scale, bringing together nearly a thousand exhibitors and participants from across the industry. Supported by over 170 media partners, and featuring rich industry activities, the event expects to welcome around 90,000 visitors. These include domestic and international distribution channels, design agencies, construction and home decoration companies, as well as real estate developers.
This expo once again provides a comprehensive platform for procurement and networking across the entire construction sector in China, delivering significant brand exposure and trade opportunities.
In addition, the 7th Building Four New Expos will host nearly 20 industry exchange events. These will run concurrently with a series of related exhibitions, such as the Building Materials and Decoration Expos, creating synergy between established and emerging national exhibitions. Together, they will form a 280,000 square meter exhibition and networking hub covering the entire construction industry, attracting tens of thousands of professional visitors and promoting the advancement of China’s building materials and prefabricated construction technologies.
Extensive Exhibition Resources and Comprehensive Promotion
The Four New Architectural Expos have earned wide industry recognition through strong cooperation with host organizations and integration with related architectural showcases. This approach not only achieves economies of scale but also attracts a broad audience, including domestic and foreign distributors, designers, construction companies, decoration firms, real estate developers, and buyers.
By consolidating related construction industry exhibitions on one platform, the expos create a one-stop, environmentally friendly channel for exhibition and trade, enhancing the overall industry experience.
Promotion efforts involve over 170 professional construction industry media outlets both domestically and internationally. Audience engagement is further strengthened by establishing a dedicated invitation call center three months prior to the event, reaching out to new and returning visitors via phone. Additionally, the expo distributes tickets, shares exhibition reports, sends text messages, and promotes the event through online platforms, Weibo interactions, and WeChat campaigns, ensuring maximum exposure to relevant professional groups and an ideal showcase environment.
Optimal Timing and Prime Location
The expo takes place in spring, an ideal period as construction projects typically commence during this season. This timing aligns perfectly with peak procurement activity and offers convenience for industry supply and demand groups as well as channel partners to participate.
Beijing, as China’s capital with strong economic influence, provides an excellent venue for nationwide promotion. The China International Exhibition Center (Sanhuan Jing’anzhuang Old National Exhibition) is one of the city’s most prominent exhibition sites, located adjacent to the Third Ring Road. It boasts convenient transportation access and top-tier facilities, making it the perfect location for this key industry event.
