Project Background: The A30 block, located north of the Wusheng River in Guicheng, Hainan District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, covers an irregular quadrilateral land area of 45,131 square meters.
The proposal document for this project includes aerial views, renderings, elevation views, sectional views, design descriptions, analysis diagrams, and schematic diagrams, comprising a total of 69 pages.
Green
The thoughtfully designed architectural complex integrates the city’s skyline with a simulated backdrop of distant mountains, reducing the overwhelming presence of massive buildings. Viewed from afar, it resembles a layered mountain range shrouded in clouds and mist—like a traditional Lingnan ink painting—evoking a nostalgic longing for the pastoral life cherished by city dwellers.
The Boat
Situated near the core area of Qiandeng Lake in Hainan, within the Guangdong Financial High-Tech Service Zone, this plot is poised to attract numerous high-tech enterprises in the near future.
The design language employs smooth curves and flowing lines, carefully detailing every aspect of the building. From a distance, the complex resembles a ship ready to set sail, symbolizing a vibrant scene of “hundreds of boats competing and thousands of sails racing.”
The concept of the “Green Boat” fully reflects a deep understanding of the project and shows respect for the residents of the area, aiming to create a unique, dynamic, and grand architectural complex inspired by this theme.
