The project is situated in the northern part of Songshan Lake, bordered by Xincheng Avenue, the main urban road, to the east. Opposite this site lies the Huawei R&D Base Phase II development land. To the west are the Quality Inspection Center Building and the Research Institute of Dongguan University of Electronic Technology. The southern boundary is defined by Gongye South Road and Guanshen Expressway, while to the north are residential and commercial projects including Lanxin Garden Residential, Zhonghui Shiyin, and Kuairi.
The complete proposal document comprises 43 pages, including aerial views, renderings, floor plans, elevations, sections, design descriptions, analysis diagrams, and schematic illustrations.
One Core with Multiple Points
The vibrant central area, positioned at the heart of the site, serves as the focal point of the entire development and the core of the master plan. This area fulfills multiple roles across commerce, transportation, and landscape, establishing itself as the central system within the design. Additionally, landmark and high-rise buildings are strategically placed at various points, creating spatial highlights. These structures connect with the core zone, forming a prominent architectural complex that supports and enhances the overall cohesion of the site.
Dual Axes with Multiple Lines
The lively commercial atmosphere radiates from the central area along two primary axes running east-west and north-south within the park. Each plot along these axes develops its own richly layered central zone, creating high-quality outdoor activity hubs for visitors and occupants.
One Ring with Multiple Poles
The landscape design uses water features to connect various landscape nodes within each functional area. Water integrates with diverse landscape elements to create unique ecological and urban views, enriching the overall environmental experience.
