This project covers two plots of land: a Class II residential area of 16,458.74 square meters and a commercial area of 2,656.96 square meters. The terrain is flat and the shape is irregular, measuring approximately 210 meters in width from north to south and ranging between 50 to 120 meters in depth from east to west. The north side borders a planned road, the west side faces Xiatongren Road, and it is situated close to Kuanzhai Alley.
The full proposal includes a variety of materials: aerial views, renderings, elevation and section views, design descriptions, analysis diagrams, and schematics, totaling 66 pages.

The design concept embraces the principles of feng shui, focusing on the flow of people and business opportunities converging widely like rivers meeting. The project emphasizes creating a human-centered environment, highlighting a “people-oriented” design philosophy.
Rather than rigidly replicating traditional architectural symbols, the design subtly modifies the appearance of modern architecture to continue the heritage of surrounding traditional styles. The overall layout prioritizes internal connections with existing buildings, arranged spatially to act as finishing touches. This approach guides the overall form, achieving a harmonious integration of modern and traditional architectural elements.

The facade color scheme mainly features light tones, reflecting a grand yet calm atmosphere suited to the building’s use. Strong, clean lines convey a sense of majesty and tranquility. Building volumes are carefully controlled to maintain a balanced visual impact.
The design explores the interplay of different materials, aiming for unity through variation and individuality within harmony, creating a rhythmic and melodic architectural expression.

A major highlight of this project is the expansive commercial plaza located within the green belt along the northern base road. This plaza enriches the urban landscape and enhances the grandeur of the commercial center, while providing a versatile space for hosting large-scale commercial events in the future.
The sunken entrances on both sides of the square add a vertical dimension, enhancing the spatial hierarchy and visual depth of the plaza.
