The project is situated along the Yingwu Zhou River in Hanyang, central Wuhan. Covering 70 hectares, it boasts a two-kilometer riverside frontage and offers distant views of the iconic Yellow Crane Tower.

This development will serve as a high-end mixed-use complex that integrates commercial, cultural, and residential spaces. It aims to complement the bustling central area of Hanyang City and support the nearby “Four New Cities” large residential district with enhanced commercial amenities.

A spacious public square will be created within the project, featuring a landmark 250-meter-tall office tower. This iconic building will establish a new centerpiece for Hanyang City, serving as a modern gateway along the Yangtze River and redefining the city’s skyline.

The comprehensive proposal document spans 121 pages and includes aerial views, renderings, elevation drawings, design narratives, analysis diagrams, and schematic plans.
