This plan focuses on creating a rational, elegant, and culturally rich atmosphere that is both “people-oriented and distinctive.” The buildings throughout the community are primarily aligned in a north-south direction, arranged in a staggered pattern of front and back, varying heights, and harmonious combinations. This design forms a spatial configuration that is intricate yet compact, spacious yet open, with varied expansions and contractions.
