Registration Guidelines

1. When registering, candidates must log into their member account on the official website: __AI_S_TURL_0__.
2. Photo requirements: The photo should be 20-40KB in size, with dimensions of 250 × 350 pixels. It must have a white background, show the candidate bareheaded, be clear, and a close-up portrait. The photo should be taken by a professional photo studio, named with the candidate’s ID number, and saved in JPG format.
3. For each training location, please submit the registration report using the Excel template available on the official Chinese Society of Cartography website. Fill out the table according to the category and level at registration and include a summary table of total numbers.
4. Candidates who were caught cheating in the 13th or 14th exams are prohibited from registering for this exam. For exam centers in remote western regions, impoverished students who provide a poverty certificate (to be archived at the exam center) are eligible for a 50% discount on the registration fee.
5. Refund policy: If you apply for a refund more than 14 days before the registration deadline (excluding the deadline day), a full refund will be issued. If the application is made between 7 and 14 days before the deadline (excluding the deadline day), 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given within 7 days of the deadline.
6. Please transfer the registration fee to the designated account for each registration and training location to ensure timely processing of certificates.
