Registration Guidelines

1. When registering, candidates must log into their member account at the official website (website: __AI_S_TURL_0__).
2. Photo Requirements: The photo should be 20-40 KB in size, with dimensions of 250 × 350 pixels, featuring a white background and a clear, front-facing headshot without any headwear. It must be taken by a professional photo studio, saved in JPG format, and named using the candidate’s ID number.
3. For each training location, registration reports should be submitted using the Excel template available from the official Chinese Society of Cartography website. Please categorize and level the registrations accordingly, and include a summary table of total numbers.
4. Candidates caught cheating in the 13th or 14th exams are prohibited from registering for this exam. In remote western regions, financially disadvantaged students who provide a valid poverty certificate (to be kept at the exam center) are eligible for a 50% discount on the registration fee.
5. Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellation requests made more than 14 days before the registration deadline (excluding the 14th day). Requests made between 7 and 14 days before the deadline will receive a 50% refund. Refunds are not available within 7 days of the registration deadline.
6. Please ensure that the registration fee is transferred to the designated account at the time of registration at each training and registration center to facilitate timely certificate processing.
