Registration Guidelines

1. When registering, candidates must log in to their member account on the official website (website: __AI_S_TURL_0__).
2. Photo requirements: The photo should be between 20-40 KB in size, with dimensions of 250 × 350 pixels. It must have a white background, show the candidate without a hat, be clear, and feature a close-up headshot taken by a professional photo studio. The file name should be the candidate’s ID number, and the format must be JPG.
3. For each training location registration, please submit the report template in Excel format (downloadable from the official Chinese Society of Cartography website). Fill out the table according to the category and level at registration time, and attach an overall statistics summary.
4. Candidates found cheating in the 13th or 14th exams are prohibited from registering for this exam. However, candidates from remote western regions who can provide a poverty certificate (kept at the exam center) may receive a 50% discount on the registration fee.
5. Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the registration deadline. If cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before the deadline, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the deadline.
6. Please transfer the registration fee to the designated account at each registration and training site to ensure timely processing of certificates.
