Registration Guidelines

1. When registering, candidates must log in to their member account on the official website (website: __AI_S_TURL_0__).
2. Photo requirements: The photo size should be between 20-40 KB, with dimensions of 250 × 350 pixels. It must have a white background, show the candidate bareheaded, be clear, and feature a close-up headshot taken by a professional photo studio. The file should be named with the candidate’s ID number and saved in JPG format.
3. For each training point registration, please submit the report template using Excel (downloadable from the official Chinese Society of Cartography website). Fill out the table according to the category and level at the time of registration, and attach a summary statistics table.
4. Candidates caught cheating in the 13th or 14th examinations are prohibited from registering for this exam. Candidates from remote western regions who provide valid poverty certificates (to be archived at the exam center) are eligible for a 50% discount on the registration fee.
5. Refund policy for exam fees: A full refund will be given if a refund request is made more than 14 days before the registration deadline (excluding the deadline day). A 50% refund applies if the request is between 7 and 14 days prior. No refunds will be issued if requested within 7 days of the registration deadline.
6. Please make the registration fee payment to the designated account at each registration and training location to ensure timely processing of certificates.
