This four-story building features an underground parking lot (BIM building) and three above-ground floors (BIM learning), divided into six functional zones. The first floor serves as a public area, housing the vestibule, restaurant, library, auditorium, gymnasium, stationery room, and copy room. Teaching spaces occupy sections of the second and third floors, which include classrooms and student workspaces. The department offices, conference room, and consultant teachers’ rooms are located on the third floor.

The management and secretary offices are located on the first floor. The parking garage is situated in the building’s semi-basement and accommodates up to 300 vehicles. An independent entrance provides direct access to the church from outside.

The building’s concept centers on creating an intimate, family-like atmosphere, which is primarily expressed through the use of natural light and the textured ceramic skin enveloping the structure. The architectural significance was apparent from the project’s initial presentation. The entry level acts as a transitional space, intentionally designed to feel somewhat compressed.

The entire exterior is clad in ceramic tiles, which wrap around all the outer walls, effectively addressing structural concerns. The roof truss spans two floors, accommodating classrooms and various departments. Supported by brackets, the design eliminates the need for spans, enabling continuous development of open public spaces and landscaped terraces. This is all made possible by a robust cantilever structure.
